At loriivey, we aim to process and ship orders in a clear, structured, and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are confirmed, prepared, shipped, and delivered, so you know what to expect at each stage.

Payment Confirmation

Once payment has been successfully authorised, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

After an order has been confirmed, it enters the processing stage and generally cannot be modified or cancelled. If special circumstances arise, you may contact our customer support team, and we will review your request based on the current processing status. Approval is not guaranteed once preparation has begun.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. During peak periods or high-demand seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once order preparation is completed, the package is handed over for shipment and enters the delivery stage.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days after the order has been shipped, not from the date the order is placed.

Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as destination, customs clearance procedures, and carrier operations. These factors are outside of our direct control and may affect transit times.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Please note that tracking details may not update immediately after shipment. It can take time for carriers to scan and register tracking activity, especially during transit between facilities.

Delivery Information

Total delivery time includes both order processing and shipping transit.
To support efficient fulfilment, the shipping origin is automatically assigned based on the delivery destination. We do not operate a fixed shipping location.
Shipping fees, where applicable, are calculated at checkout. No fixed or pre-listed shipping prices are displayed on the website.

Shipping Delays & Exceptions

Shipping timelines begin once the order has been shipped. Delays may occur due to circumstances such as incorrect or incomplete address information, customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier-related disruptions beyond our control.

If tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered but you have not received the package, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery status update so we can assist with verification and next steps. Enquiries submitted outside this timeframe may limit our ability to investigate or resolve the issue.
